My approach to coaching: What to expect.
· Expect exploration that YOU direct.
· Expect enhanced clarity of thoughts and feelings
· Expect to do some deep digging to push beyond your current thinking and feeling to new insights and awareness
· Expect to feel energized by our discoveries.
· Expect that you will want to commit to “action” between our sessions.
"Action" means thinking, acting and/or feeling that is catalyzed in our sessions.
It can even mean a decision NOT to act.
· Since the heart and the mind work together, you may become emotional at times. You might even feel bad sometimes, but expect to feel inspired most of the time. Our strictly confidential conversations give you a safe space for emotions and feelings.
· In short… expect to commit to action and change that you design!
- To have faith means to dare, to think the unthinkable, yet to act within the limits of the realistically possible; [...] This hope is not passive and it is not patient; on the contrary, it is impatient and active, looking for every possibility of action within the realm of real possibilities. ~Erich Fromm (1973) The Anatomy of Human Destructiveness, page 438
